The RECARO ProSPORT offers an intelligent design that protects a child during a side-impact incident. The car seat's enhanced head wings shield the head and face while a head rest limits neck movement. For added safety, reinforcements at the sides, hips, and thighs help stabilize the torso and pelvis areas.
Adjustable Safety Harness and Head Rest
The five-point harness can be customized to properly fit your growing child. With its convenient lever lift, you can adjust the head rest into position to allow for proper alignment with the head.
Built-in LATCH System for Added Stability
Designed with a push-button LATCH system, the car seat is easy to secure to your vehicle. The car seat offers a universal top tether system as an added anchor.
Whether using the car seat in harness or booster mode, the color-coded belt guides help you secure it properly. A convenient recline system allows you to adjust the car seat to custom fit the backseat of your vehicle.

Featuring an ergonomic shell structure that offers support for your child's body, the car seat is pleasant and cozy for short errands or long road trips. The harness system features soft pads to make it more comfortable for your child. For a soft, cushion-like feel, the car seat is made of polystyrene foam (EPS) that absorbs external forces while providing ample room for growth.

For no-fuss care and maintenance, the ProSPORT car seat comes in a variety of easy-to-clean fabrics and colors. The seat offers convenient storage pockets to hold snacks, cups, and other loose items.
Maximum Upper Weight Limits
With an upper weight limit of the harness system to 90 pounds, the car seat has the highest weight capacity for any car seat with a five-point harness system. When converted to a belt- positioning booster seat, the weight limit is 120 pounds--the highest weight capacity available of any belt-positioning booster seat.
Assembled in the United States, the car seat meets all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for Child Restraint Systems (FMVSS 213) and Flammability of Interior Materials (FMVSS 302). It is also certified for air travel when used with the plane's seat belt.
